Saturday morning cartoons boomed through the house. An anthem to a new weekend. Sleep crushed pajamas drooped loosely from the lazing bodies revelling in the vibrant flashes, dastardly voices and emboldening music of the Powerpuff Girls. As the ad break swept in, they raced to toilet or kitchen to replenish or relieve themselves racing the ticking of commercials until the show began again. Downstairs the purposeful creak of doors and clattering cutlery. 

You may have expected to read something about flowers, a garden, someone's personality blossoming or perhaps something else altogether from what you see here. If you are unfamiliar with the Powerpuff Girls, Blossom is one of the three sisters and my mind went straight there.
