I fumbled a few times this morning and it made me think of the word ‘klutz’. Naturally I wanted to sit down and find a way to describe the klutz state of mind. It felt wonderfully whimsical and lovely to make something which is usually frustrating turn into something to make me laugh.

It came on like confusion, the confusion of how do my limbs move? Depth perception becomes shallow, fluid, morphing the scene like Monet in butter. The innocuous belt loop that desperately grabs the door handle. A slippery grip propels cups into pieces while your poltergeist hums, gleeful in your misery. Poise, tact, grace, do not exist for this version of me. The sun awoke to humble me.
